The breathtaking views from the balcony complemented our delicious morning breakfasts, and the warm communication with John made our stay a true delight!
The kitchen had bare minimum items, such as no salt, pepper, or cutting board, making it difficult to prepare meals.

the view is absolutely stunning, I'll give it that, but poor cleanliness and an appalling lack of basic kitchen essentials, like a cutting board, just had me speechless. After battling mosquitoes, I thought a complimentary welcome gift or room upgrade was a no-brainer, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. I just couldn’t justify a higher rating.

The homemade pasta nearby was a culinary delight, and I couldn't resist going back for seconds! Plus, the stunning view over the port made each meal feel like a mini celebration. The room was spacious, and the owner was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help!
Gotta say, after arriving, I found bed bugs. Not cool! The property also had a strong smell from a leaking sink. While I rolled with it, modernization is definitely needed here. Still, the views saved the day!

From skeptic to believer
The breathtaking views from the balcony complemented our delicious morning breakfasts, and the warm communication with John made our stay a true delight! Everything worked perfectly in the well-equipped kitchen.
The apartment felt somewhat basic, lacking a few kitchen essentials for more complex cooking, but you can manage simple meals just fine.

Staying at this villa with our four kids was delightful! The clean apartment had everything we needed. Breathtaking views. We loved visiting nearby Marigot Harbour to explore and enjoy some snorkeling, making our family trip unforgettable!
My wife says that more pillows would be great for the kids.

I stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment for 6 nights. The view from the terrace was incredible—super relaxing to watch the ships and yachts. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking simple meals easy. John was an awesome host, always available when needed. Just a heads up, the access can be steep, so it might be a challenge if you’re not used to hills.

Great Stay for Budget Travelers!
The apartment was clean, and John was always just a message away for assistance. While the kitchen lacked some basic items, cooking simple meals was still manageable. The breathtaking views made up for the steep access—take it slow if you’re not used to hilly areas. Bring your own kitchen essentials for a more comfortable stay!
